These terms apply when you use Alexander, provided by DREAMBIGGER (we). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the rights and notices needed to collect data from websites you connect. Do not use Alexander unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another customer’s data.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes up to 10,000 non-bot events per account per calendar month. Paid plan limits, features, and prices are shown on our pricing page and in account billing. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Stripe processes payments and may require payment details to start a subscription. Applicable taxes may be added. Plan changes and cancellations take effect as shown by Stripe at checkout or in the billing portal.
Event limits are measured across the websites in an account. We show current usage in the product. Once an account reaches its monthly allowance, we pause additional non-bot event collection until the next calendar month or until a higher plan is active. Bot events are excluded from the allowance.
Your data and the service
You retain rights in the data you submit. You grant us permission to process it only to operate, secure, and support Alexander. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but analytics can be affected by blockers, network failures, and third-party changes; reports are not guaranteed to be complete.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription at any time through billing settings. We may suspend access to address abuse, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. Account and analytics data may be deleted after termination subject to backups and legal retention duties.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Alexander is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will post the effective version here. Continued use after an update means acceptance where the law permits.
